Canva
Publish a Canva design as a tracked EveryPage link, and import pages from your EveryPage documents into a design.
The EveryPage app for Canva does two separate jobs. It publishes a design as a tracked PDF link, so you can see who read it, how far they got and how long they spent. It also lets you import pages from documents in your EveryPage library into a design.
Publish a design
EveryPage appears as a destination in Canva's publish flow. Canva exports the design to PDF and hands it to EveryPage, so you don't download or upload anything yourself.
Under Link options you can set:
- Viewer mode: Standard, Flipbook, Swipe or Magazine.
- Link expires after: from 1 hour to 365 days, or Never.
- Password (optional): leave blank for none.
- Allow downloading: whether readers get a download button.
A password, and the styling options marked Basic+ (page layout, page-turn speed, background and page edges), need a connected account on the Basic or Pro plan. Without one, the panel warns you before publishing which choices will be left out.
When the publish finishes, Canva shows the share link.
Without an account vs with an account
You can publish without an EveryPage account. The panel says Publishing anonymously - no account connected.
- An anonymous publish stays live for 365 days. Publishing the same design again restarts that clock.
- Each Canva account can hold up to 100 live anonymous publishes.
- Readership isn't available until the document is claimed into an EveryPage account. See anonymous uploads and claiming.
To publish into your own account, click Connect account to track & manage and sign in to EveryPage. The panel then shows Publishing to and your email. Documents you publish land in your library, follow your plan's limits and settings, and record readership like any other upload.
Updating a published design
Publish the same design again to update it. EveryPage replaces the document behind the existing link, so the link, its QR code and any embeds keep working and show the new version.
Import pages into a design
Open the EveryPage app from Canva's Apps panel in the editor and click Connect EveryPage account. The panel lists the documents in your library.
- Click a document to see its pages.
- Click a page to add it to your design as an image.
- To add the document's QR code, click it under Link QR code.
The document view also shows its share link, with Copy share link and Open share link. Importing never publishes or changes anything in EveryPage.
Privacy
The app talks only to everypage.co. Canva's exported PDF is fetched by EveryPage's servers, not by the app in your browser. For the full details, see the Canva app privacy policy.
