What EveryPage is
Share a PDF via link and measure how it was read without storing visitor IP addresses.
EveryPage is a document-sharing platform that encrypts your files and gives you a shareable link, plus detailed readership reporting on how pages were viewed. You can upload a PDF, configure privacy and security settings, and share with anyone—while seeing exactly which pages were read and how long they spent on each one.
How it works
The basic flow is simple:
- Upload — you upload a PDF (or Word/PowerPoint document, which gets converted to PDF)
- Get a link — EveryPage generates a short, shareable link to your document
- Share — send the link to recipients, or configure gates (password, email capture, expiry)
- Measure — view detailed page-by-page readership analytics
Every document is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Visitor IPs are never stored in your records—instead, readers are identified using a salted pseudonym so you cannot link views to personal data.
What you can store
EveryPage accepts PDF files only for storage. However, you can upload Word documents (.docx) or PowerPoint files (.pptx and .ppt legacy format), and they are automatically converted to PDF during upload. The converted PDF is what gets stored and shared.

How readers experience your document
Every file has a viewer mode that controls how the document is displayed to readers:
- Standard — one page at a time, with previous/next buttons and a page scrubber
- Flipbook — page-turn animation, in a single-page or two-page-spread layout
- Magazine — two-page spreads, navigated a spread at a time
- Swipe — one page at a time as a story-style card, advanced by swiping
All four modes are available on every plan, including free.
Sharing and security
When you share a link, you control:
- Access — public link, password protection, or email capture gate
- Lifespan — set an expiration date, or choose never to expire (Pro only)
- Permissions — allow or prevent downloads
- Page limits — show only a subset of pages (Pro only)
- Branding — custom domain (Pro only) or a short vanity slug (Pro only)
Documents are not ephemeral. Expiry is a feature you enable, not a default—files without an expiration date remain available indefinitely.
Readership analytics
The analytics dashboard shows:
- Page-by-page views — how many times each page was viewed, and average time on it
- Reading depth — the complete funnel from first page to last
- Viewer modes — which display formats your readers used
- Geographic data — where readers are located (country-level)
- Trends — view volume over time and patterns
Your plan determines what analytics you can access. Free accounts see summary cards; Basic adds trends, the read-through funnel, audience breakdowns, and page-level stats; Pro adds reader identities and session history, live presence, and CSV export.

Getting started without an account
You can upload and share a document without signing up. The file lives for 365 days and can be shared immediately via link. If you create an account later from the same browser session, you can claim the file into your account and unlock additional features like analytics and settings.
