PDF only · max 20MB

Free to start · large catalogs may need Basic’s 200MB limit · keeping one link across editions is Pro

Product-page attention

Per-page analytics (from Basic) show which product pages buyers stop on, which they skip, and which they come back to before ordering.

One link, every season (Pro)

Replace the PDF behind the link when the new edition lands and every buyer, rep and printed order form still points at the current catalog.

Trade-only access

A password (from Basic) keeps a wholesale catalog with wholesale prices away from retail customers, and downloads can be turned off per document.

Magazine or swipe view

Magazine mode keeps product spreads together on a desktop; swipe mode turns the same catalog into a one-handed phone read. Both are on every plan.

See which product pages buyers stop on

A printed catalog tells you what sold, months later, through the order book. A catalog shared as an EveryPage link tells you what was looked at while the season is still running: every session records the pages opened and the time on each, and per-page analytics (from Basic) turn that into a page-by-page picture of buyer attention across the whole range.

That is merchandising data you did not have before. A product page everyone reaches but nobody lingers on is a photography or pricing problem; a page buyers return to before ordering deserves the front cover next edition. Readership is measured first-party in the viewer and no buyer IP is stored, so the data is about pages, not people.

Made for catalogs that change every season

  • Update in place (Pro). Upload the new edition behind the existing link and every copy of the link already sent, embedded or printed opens the current catalog.
  • Folders for lines and regions (from Basic). Keep the spring, autumn, trade and export catalogs in folders, with readership aggregated per folder so a whole product line reports as one.
  • A QR code for printed order forms. Every link ships with a QR code PNG - put it on the order form, the price sheet or the stand banner and buyers open the full catalog from a phone.
  • A link that never expires. Signed-in links have no expiry unless you set one, so the catalog link on your website and in your reps’ signatures stays live from one season to the next.

Wholesale catalogs behind a password

Many businesses run two catalogs: the retail one anyone may see, and the trade one with wholesale prices that must not leak. Share the trade catalog as its own link with a password (from Basic), keep downloads off so the PDF cannot be saved and forwarded, and on Pro add an email gate so every trade buyer who opens it is a named account.

Reps can send the link with the password in a separate message, or the link can sit behind the login on your own trade portal. When the prices change, the same link and password stay valid - only the PDF behind them changes (Pro).

Catalog sharing questions.

Is it free to put a catalog online?

Yes, for catalogs up to 20MB: the free plan covers 3 PDFs with all four viewer modes and a QR code per link. Full-range catalogs with product photography usually run larger - Basic ($9/month) allows 200MB files and Pro ($29/month) 2GB, and Pro adds replacing the file behind the link between editions.

What is the best format for a digital catalog?

A PDF exported from your layout tool at web quality - compressed images, fonts embedded - gives the smallest file with pages exactly as designed. Word and PowerPoint files are converted on upload if that is where the catalog lives.

Do you track my customers?

The viewer records pages and time per session, first-party, and never stores an IP address - so you learn which product pages are read, not who read them. Buyers are only identified if you choose to add an email gate on Pro.

Can I update the catalog without changing the link?

Yes, on Pro. Replace the PDF behind the link when the new edition is ready and the URL, QR code and readership history all stay as they were. On Free and Basic, a new edition means a new link.

Can I keep separate trade and retail prices?

Share them as two links: the retail catalog open to anyone, the trade catalog with a password (from Basic) and downloads turned off. Both can live in the same folder so readership for the range reports together.

Put the range on one link.

Upload the catalog, share one link with every buyer, and see which pages sell before the orders come in.
