Share as a link: case study
Share your case study as a follow-up trigger
Send the case study as a link and get an email the moment the prospect opens it - the best possible time to call. See which results page held them, and update the numbers in place when the client posts a better quarter.

Read alerts
A view notification (Basic) emails you when the prospect opens the case study, which is the moment to send the follow-up rather than three days later.
Which results page resonates
Page-by-page time (Basic) shows whether it was the cost-saving chart or the implementation timeline that held them, so the next call leads with it.
Update the numbers in place (Pro)
Replace the PDF behind the link when the client reports a new figure and every link already in a prospect’s inbox opens the current version.
Client-confidential watermark
Per-viewer watermarking (Pro) stamps each copy with the reader’s email, for the case study the client only agreed to share under NDA.
Follow up the moment they read it
A case study is proof, and proof is most persuasive while it is being looked at. Sent as an attachment, you never know when that is. Sent as an EveryPage link, a view notification lands in your inbox the moment the prospect opens it, and live presence (Pro) shows who is reading right now. The follow-up goes out while the results are on their screen, not when your reminder fires next week.
The readership record tells you what to say. If the prospect spent four minutes on the results page and skipped the background, the follow-up leads with the numbers; if they read it twice, the deal has a champion. Email invites (Basic) attach a name to each link, so the alert tells you which prospect opened it, not just that someone did.
Case study sharing built for sales teams
- Send it to named contacts. Email invites (Basic) send the link to up to ten prospects at a time, each session attributed to the invited address. Distribution lists and CSV import (Pro) cover the whole pipeline.
- File them by industry. Folders (Basic) keep the fintech, healthcare and manufacturing studies apart, with aggregated readership per folder so you can see which vertical’s proof actually gets read.
- Page analytics without IPs. Time on every page and the read-through funnel, with readers identified by a pseudonymous ID rather than an address. EveryPage never stores a reader IP.
- Links that never expire. A case study link in a sales sequence keeps working for as long as you leave it up. Expiry is a control you can set, not something that happens to the link.
Group case studies by industry or product
Most sales teams keep a dozen case studies and send three at a time. Folders (Basic) hold them by industry, product line or region without changing a single link, and each folder rolls up the views, readers and completion of everything inside it. The logistics folder tells you at a glance which of its three studies gets opened and which never gets past the first page.
Over a quarter, that folder view is content strategy. The study that is opened in every send but read to the end in none of them needs a rewrite; the one that gets read twice earns the top slot in the sequence. And when a client’s numbers improve, Pro lets you update the study in place, so every link in the pipeline shows the new result.
Case study sharing questions.
Is it free to share a case study as a link?
Yes. The free plan shares up to three PDFs of 20MB each, on links that never expire, with views, readers and time spent. Opened alerts, page-by-page analytics, folders and email invites arrive with the Basic plan; in-place updates and per-viewer watermarking are Pro features.
What formats can I upload?
PDF, plus Word (.docx up to 25MB) and PowerPoint (up to 50MB), which are converted to PDF on upload. A case study designed in InDesign or Canva should be exported to PDF first.
Will prospects know the case study is tracked?
They open a plain link in the browser: no account, no download, no plugin. Readership is recorded against a pseudonymous reader ID rather than an IP address, and a read receipt, if you switch one on, is a button the prospect chooses to tap.
Can I update the case study after sending it?
On Pro, yes: replace the PDF behind the link and every copy already in a prospect’s inbox opens the new version, with the readership history intact. On free and Basic, upload the new file and share its link.
Can I send several case studies together?
Each case study keeps its own link, so put the two or three relevant links in one email or one invite. Folders (Basic) keep them grouped by industry in your library and roll up readership across the set, so you can see which of the three the prospect opened.
Send the next case study as a link.
Upload it, switch on opened alerts, and follow up the moment the prospect is reading your proof.
