Share as a link: pitch deck
Share your pitch deck as a tracked link
Send investors a link instead of an attachment. See the moment it opens, which slides they read and the exact slide where they stopped - then swap in the new version mid-raise without sending another email.

Slide-by-slide drop-off
The read-through funnel (from Basic) shows the share of investors who reached each slide and the time they spent on it, so you know which slide lost them.
Know the moment it’s opened
A view notification (from Basic) emails you when the deck is opened, so the follow-up lands while the partner is still thinking about it.
Swap the deck, keep the link (Pro)
Replace the file behind the link and every investor who already has it opens the new version - no v7_final_FINAL attachment chasing the old one.
Self-destruct after the round
Cap the link at a number of views (from Basic) or set an expiry date, and the deck stops opening once the round is closed - your record of who read it stays.
See which slide lost the investor
A pitch deck sent as an attachment tells you nothing after it leaves. Sent as an EveryPage link it opens in the browser, and every session is recorded page by page: when it was opened, how long each slide held attention, whether the reader came back. The read-through funnel (from Basic) draws the drop-off across the deck, so "they passed" becomes "they stopped reading at the traction slide".
That is a different kind of feedback from a polite no. If most investors stall on the same slide, the deck has a problem you can fix before the next meeting. If one fund read the financials three times, that is the one to chase. Reader IPs are never stored, so you get the reading data without collecting anything you would have to explain.
What a fundraising deck link needs
- No reader IPs, ever. Readership is measured first-party in the viewer and no IP address is stored, so tracking the deck never puts an investor’s privacy in question.
- Password or self-destruct for stealth rounds (from Basic). Put a password on the link for a quiet raise, or cap it at a number of views so a forwarded copy runs out before it reaches the wrong fund.
- Upload the PowerPoint as it is. .pptx and .ppt files up to 50MB convert to PDF on upload, so the deck you built in PowerPoint or exported from Keynote goes straight to a link with the slides exactly as designed.
- A link that never expires. Signed-in links have no expiry unless you set one, so the deck link in your intro emails and data room stays live for as long as the raise takes - and after it.
Update the deck mid-raise without resending
Every founder has sent a deck and found the typo an hour later, or closed a new customer the week after the deck went out. With an attachment the fix is another email and a v7_final_FINAL in every investor’s inbox. With a dynamic link (Pro) you replace the PDF behind the link and every copy already sent opens the new version - same URL, same QR code, readership history intact.
Investors who saved the link see the current deck. Investors who downloaded a copy keep what they downloaded, which is one reason to leave downloads off for a raise. Either way, one link is the deck, and you never chase an old version around.
Pitch deck sharing questions.
Is it free to share a pitch deck as a link?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 PDFs of 20MB each with core readership - views, readers and time spent - and the link never expires unless you set an expiry. Per-slide analytics and the read-through funnel start on Basic ($9/month); replacing the deck behind the link is Pro ($29/month).
Can I upload a PowerPoint or Keynote deck?
Upload .pptx or .ppt files up to 50MB and EveryPage converts them to PDF for the link. For Keynote, export to PowerPoint or PDF first - both work, and PDF keeps your fonts exactly as designed.
Do investors know the deck is tracked?
Nothing is hidden: the deck opens as a normal document link in the browser, with no account, download or plugin. What is recorded is pages and time per session, never an IP address, and a reader is only named if you put an email gate on the link (Pro).
Can I change the deck after I have sent the link?
Yes, on Pro. Replace the file behind the link and every investor who already has it opens the new version on their next visit - the URL, QR code and readership history stay as they were. On Free and Basic, upload the new deck as a new link.
Can I stop investors forwarding the deck?
You can make it hard: turn downloads off, add a password and a view limit (from Basic), and on Pro gate it behind an email and restrict it to chosen domains. No tool can stop a screenshot, so a deck that must stay private still needs the meeting, not just the link.
Send the deck as a link.
Upload the pitch deck, share one link with every investor, and know which slide the round turns on. Selling to customers rather than investors? The sales deck page covers that.
