One link, always the current prices

Every business with a price list has the same problem: the PDF gets emailed, saved, forwarded and printed, and six months later a customer quotes a price from a copy nobody can withdraw. A price list shared as an EveryPage link changes what gets passed around. The link is what travels, and with a dynamic link (Pro) the PDF behind it is whatever you uploaded last.

Turn downloads off and the list is always read from the link, never from a saved copy. When prices change, upload the new PDF: the links in old emails, on the website and in the reps’ signatures open the new sheet on the next click, and the readership report shows you the list being read after the change.

Why a price list link beats an attachment

Update in place (Pro). One upload replaces the file behind every link and QR code already in circulation, with the URL unchanged.
A dynamic QR code. Print the code on price cards, shelf edges and delivery notes once; it points at the link, so it survives every price change (replacing the file is Pro).
Password or self-destruct for a promotion (from Basic). A password keeps account pricing private; a view limit or an expiry date ends a promotional price list on the day the offer ends.
A link that never expires. Signed-in links have no expiry unless you set one, so the price list link in your standard email template does not need replacing next year.

A QR code that outlives every price change

A QR code on a printed price card is only useful if it still opens the right prices in a year. Because an EveryPage QR code points at the link rather than the file, the code you print today is still correct after every revision - on Pro you replace the PDF behind it and the code on the counter, the shelf and the trade-show banner opens the new list on the next scan.

For lists that must not travel, keep the code on the counter and the password (from Basic) with the staff; for public lists, put the code on the website and let anyone scan. Either way there is one QR code to print and one link to remember.

Is it free to share a price list as a link?

Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 PDFs of 20MB each with a QR code per link and core readership, and the link never expires unless you set an expiry. Passwords and view limits start on Basic ($9/month); replacing the file behind the link so old links show new prices is Pro ($29/month).

Can I upload an Excel price list?

Not directly - EveryPage accepts PDF, Word and PowerPoint. Export the spreadsheet to PDF from Excel or Google Sheets (set the print area first so columns do not split across pages) and upload that.

Is the tracking private?

Yes. The viewer records pages and time per session first-party and never stores an IP address, so you see how the list is used without collecting personal data. Customers are only identified if you add an email gate on Pro.

Do old links show the new prices?

On Pro, yes: replace the PDF behind the link and every link and QR code already handed out opens the new file, with the URL unchanged. On Free and Basic each new list is a new link, so the old link keeps the old prices until you delete it or set it to expire.

Can I keep separate retail and trade lists?

Share them as separate links: the retail list open to anyone, the trade list with a password (from Basic) and downloads turned off. Folders (from Basic) keep them together with readership aggregated across the set.
