Terms of Service.

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of EveryPage: the website at everypage.co, the document viewer, the API, and the apps and integrations we publish. By creating an account or using any part of it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

EveryPage is operated from the United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean EveryPage; “you” means the person or organisation using it.

2. What EveryPage does

EveryPage stores documents you upload, gives you links to share them, and reports on how they were read: pages viewed, time on each page, how far people got, and whether they came back. Free, Basic and Pro plans differ in limits and features; the current details are on the pricing page.

We add, change and occasionally retire features. If we withdraw something you rely on from a paid plan, we will tell you before we do it.

3. Your account

You need an account to keep documents, see readership and change settings. Give accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. An account belongs to one person: do not share your login.

4. Your documents

Your documents remain yours. Uploading one grants us only the permission we need to run the service: to store it encrypted, process it so it can be viewed (converting, generating previews, watermarking and applying the settings you choose), and serve it to the people you share it with. We claim no ownership of your content, we do not use it to train models, and we do not market to your readers.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and share what you upload, and that doing so breaks neither the law nor anyone else’s rights.

5. What you may not share

Do not use EveryPage to store or share:

• Content attacking people or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition, or promoting organisations that hold such views.
• Content that exploits or endangers children.
• Content that threatens, encourages or glorifies violence, or graphic imagery shared to shock.
• Sexually explicit or intimate images of someone shared without their consent.
• Content that promotes or glamorises self-harm.
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
• Deliberate misinformation, including medical and civic misinformation.
• Anything else that is unlawful.

6. What you may not do

Do not use EveryPage to:

• Distribute malware, or anything else built to disrupt or damage.
• Phish, spoof, or otherwise try to obtain access or information dishonestly.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or messages.
• Publish private information about someone without their consent.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or coordinate attacks on people.
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are connected with.
• Facilitate unlawful activity, including the sale of prohibited goods or services.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property.
• Evade our limits, rate limits or abuse controls, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission.

If you find a security flaw, please report it to support@everypage.co. We will not pursue anyone who reports one in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.

We enforce the spirit of these rules and not only their wording. We may suspend an account or remove a document that is harming the service or the people using it, even where this list does not name the behaviour exactly. Neither list is exhaustive.

7. Your readers

EveryPage never stores a reader’s IP address: readers are identified by a salted one-way hash, and their country is resolved in transit and then discarded. What you collect beyond that is your choice. If you turn on an email gate or a lead form, you are collecting personal data from your readers, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis, telling them what you are doing, and honouring their rights.

Do not use readership data to deceive or harass a reader, or in any other way they would not reasonably expect.

8. Keeping and deleting documents

A document uploaded while signed in has no expiry unless you set one. A document uploaded anonymously in a browser is kept for 7 days, and one published through the Canva app for 365 days. You can set an expiry, burn a link after one read, or delete a document at any time.

When a document expires or is deleted, it is removed from the service — file and record — within about a minute, and we cannot restore it. Keep your own copies: EveryPage is not a backup service.

9. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You need a valid payment method and accurate billing details. If a payment fails we may retry it, invoice you, and suspend paid features until it is settled.

10. Price changes

We may change our prices. A change takes effect at your next renewal rather than mid-period, and we will tell you before it does. Continuing on a paid plan after that is your agreement to the new price.

11. Refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase; where you asked for immediate access, that right may be reduced in proportion to what you have used. Nothing here affects those rights.

Beyond that: tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. After 14 days we consider refunds case by case. We do not refund part-used periods when you cancel a renewal.

12. Lifetime and deal licences

A licence bought through a deal marketplace, such as AppSumo, is governed by that marketplace’s terms as well as these, including its own refund window. It grants the plan its tier states, for as long as we offer the service, and it is not transferable.

13. Integrations and other services

EveryPage connects to services we do not control, among them Notion, Close, Zapier, Make, Canva, Google Workspace and WordPress. Connecting one authorises us to exchange data with it on your behalf; what that service then does is governed by its terms, not ours. The same goes for links out of EveryPage: we are not responsible for what is at the other end.

14. Availability

We work to keep EveryPage available and quick, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults and problems at our suppliers all happen. Current status is published at everypage.co/status.

15. Suspension and closing an account

You can stop using EveryPage whenever you like, and delete your account from your settings. Deleting it deletes your documents with it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm someone, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of the period.

Terms that are meant to outlast the agreement do: ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity.

16. Our intellectual property

EveryPage — the software, the design, the brand and the documentation — belongs to us. These terms give you permission to use the service, not rights in it. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or scrape it beyond what the law allows or our API permits.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may act on them freely and owe you nothing for them.

17. No warranties

EveryPage is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or proof against every threat, that defects will be corrected, or that it will meet your particular requirements. Anything not expressly promised in these terms is excluded so far as the law allows.

18. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data; and our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of documents that matter to you, and for deciding who to send links to.

19. Indemnity for business users

If you use EveryPage for business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses, costs and legal fees arising from your use of the service, from your documents, or from your breach of these terms. This does not apply to consumers.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of where you live and may bring proceedings there.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a right immediately does not waive it. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a material change we will give at least 30 days’ notice, by email or in the app, before it takes effect. Using EveryPage after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service, and if you are on a paid plan tell us and we will refund the unused part of your period.
