The EveryPage add-on for Google Workspace exports your Slides deck or Doc to a secure, trackable PDF link without leaving Google. Send the link and see who read it, how far they got, and for how long - ideal for pitch decks and proposals.

What you need

  • A Google account with access to Slides or Docs.
  • A free EveryPage account (connected once, no API key to copy).

Install the add-on

  1. Get EveryPage from the Google Workspace Marketplace and install it.
  2. Open any presentation in Google Slides (or a document in Docs).

Connect and share

  1. Open Extensions → EveryPage from the menu and click Connect. Google handles the secure sign-in - there's no key to paste.
  2. Choose your link options, then export. EveryPage converts the deck to a PDF and returns a tracked share link.
  3. Open your readership report in EveryPage to see who read it, page by page.

What data is sent

When you export, the add-on sends the current presentation or document to your EveryPage account over HTTPS to create the link. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.0, so EveryPage never sees your Google password, and the add-on only accesses the file you're actively exporting. See the add-on privacy policy.

Does it work with both Google Slides and Docs?

Yes. The add-on exports a Slides deck or a Doc to a PDF and turns it into a trackable EveryPage link, all from inside Google.

Does EveryPage access my whole Google Drive?

No. The add-on works on the document you have open and choose to share; it does not browse or read the rest of your Drive.

Is the add-on free?

Yes, the add-on is free. Readership depth follows your EveryPage plan, and the free plan covers core readership.

What about PowerPoint or Office files?

This add-on is for Google Workspace. For other files you can upload directly at everypage.co or use the browser extension; broader Office support is on the roadmap.
