How EveryPage pricing compares.

The structural difference is the billing model: EveryPage is a flat price per account, while most document-tracking tools bill per user - so their real cost is the sticker price multiplied by your team.

ToolPaid plansBilling modelWorth knowing
EveryPageFree · Basic $9/mo · Pro $29/moFlat per account - no per-user feesPDFs, Office files and HTML; privacy-first page-by-page readership
DocSendFrom ~$15/user/mo; ~$65/user/mo on higher tiersPer userAdds virtual data rooms & enterprise compliance
PapermarkFree · from ~€29/moFlat, team-based tiersOpen source - can be self-hosted
PandaDoc~$19-49/seat/moPer seatFull e-signature & proposal suite

Competitor prices are their publicly listed rates (DocSend as of October 2026, the others as of August 2026) and change often - check each pricing page for current numbers.

An honest caveat: the competitors earn their prices for some jobs. DocSend ships virtual data rooms and enterprise compliance EveryPage does not have, PandaDoc bundles e-signatures and proposal generation, and Papermark can be self-hosted. If those are the job, pick them. If the job is sharing a PDF and knowing who read it, flat pricing wins.

See how EveryPage compares to every alternative

EveryPage is a more affordable alternative to DocSend and fits our use case perfectly as a smart startup. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the Zapier integration lets us pull up analytics quickly as part of our existing pipeline.

Pricing questions.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 3 PDFs with core readership (views, readers, time spent) and no card required.

Is EveryPage billed per user?

No. Every plan is a flat price per account - $9/month for Basic, $29/month for Pro - so your cost does not climb with team size.

What's the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic adds the full charts (trends, read-through funnel, time per page), view notifications, password protection, view limits, folders, templates, and your own background and logo. Pro adds reader identities and live presence, CSV export, the email gate and lead-capture forms, white labelling (your own domain, link names, link previews, colours and logo in place of ours), a separate link per recipient, dynamic links, reader comments and interactive hotspots. The comparison table on this page lists every difference.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly or annual (annual is two months free) and you can cancel from your account at any time.

How does EveryPage pricing compare to DocSend?

EveryPage is billed as a flat price per account - $9/month for Basic, $29/month for Pro - while DocSend bills per user (from $15/user/month), so its real cost grows with every person who needs access. There is a free plan to start. See the DocSend alternative page for the full comparison.

Which plan do I need for a custom domain or interactive flipbooks?

Both are Pro features. Pro lets you share documents from your own subdomain (like docs.yourcompany.com, with the HTTPS certificate handled automatically) and draw interactive hotspots on your pages - links, page jumps, YouTube/Vimeo video, images, and audio - with every click counted in your readership report. Flipbook branding (backgrounds, your logo, page effects) starts on Basic.
