The EveryPage browser extension helps you upload PDFs to your EveryPage account and create trackable share links. This policy explains what it handles. It covers the extension specifically; the main service is covered by our 服務條款與隱私權政策.

## 外掛程式存取的內容

- 僅限您開啟它的那份檔案。 外掛程式使用 drive.file 範圍，僅授予對您正在編輯的那一份文件的單檔存取權——在您建立連結時按需授予。它無法檢視或瀏覽您 Google Drive 中的其他內容。
- 與您 EveryPage 帳戶的連結。 您透過 EveryPage 的 OAuth 登入連結一次；外掛程式持有一個權杖，以便代表您在您的帳戶中建立檔案。

## 哪些內容會離開 Google

只有 您選擇分享之文件的 PDF 匯出檔 會透過 HTTPS 傳送到 everypage.co ，以便儲存到您的 EveryPage 帳戶並取得可追蹤的連結。外掛程式不會將您的文件傳送到其他任何地方，也不會傳輸任何其他 Drive 內容。

## 外掛程式要求的範圍

- drive.file - 用於讀取開啟中的文件，以便匯出為 PDF。
- script.external_request - 用於將該 PDF 上傳到 EveryPage API。
- script.locale - 用於以您的語言顯示外掛程式。
- gmail.addons.execute - to run the add-on inside Gmail.
- gmail.addons.current.action.compose - to insert a link into the email you are composing. The add-on cannot read your email: it does not read the draft, its recipients, or any message.
- drive.addons.metadata.readonly - to show the name and type of the file you select in Google Drive. Reading its contents still requires the per-file access above.

外掛程式不要求廣泛的 Drive 存取權，除了您執行它的那份文件外不讀取任何文件。

## 上傳檔案的處理方式

上傳的 PDF 由 EveryPage 依您的帳戶與方案設定（AES-256-GCM 靜態加密、到期、密碼保護等）儲存與提供，且閱讀數據的計量從不儲存訪客的 IP 位址。詳情請參閱主要的 服務條款與隱私權政策 。

## 資料分享

我們不會出售您的資料，也不會與第三方分享。外掛程式僅與 Google（匯出開啟中的檔案）及 EveryPage API（上傳檔案）通訊。EveryPage 對從 Google API 取得之資訊的使用，均遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策 ，包括其「有限使用」規定。

## 移除您的資料

- 在外掛程式面板中中斷連結，或從 Google Workspace 解除安裝。
- 隨時可在 您的帳戶 撤銷 EveryPage 的存取權，並在您的 Google 帳戶權限 撤銷 Google 存取權。
- 隨時可從您的 EveryPage 帳戶刪除已上傳的檔案。
