# Share a One-Pager as a Link or QR Code

Share as a link: one-pager

# Share your one-pager as a link or QR code

Upload the PDF and you have a short link and a QR code to hand out, no account needed. When someone opens a one-pager they have read it, so the opened alert is the whole story - and the link stays the same when the one-pager changes.

## Link in seconds

Drop the PDF here and copy a short link on the next screen, with no signup, no folder structure and no settings you have to touch.

## QR for handouts

Every link comes with a QR code to print on the business card, the conference flyer or the slide behind you.

## Opened means read

A one-pager has no page six to drop off at, so the view notification (Basic) that says it was opened is the fact you wanted.

## Same link forever (Pro)

Replace the PDF behind the link and the QR code on five hundred printed cards serves the new one-pager without a reprint.

## A one-pager deserves a one-step share

The point of a one-pager is that it is quick: one page, one read, one decision about whether to talk further. The share should match. Upload the PDF, copy the link, paste it in the email - three steps, and no account needed for the first share. The reader opens it in the browser on any device, and the same screen gives you a QR code for the printed version.

Readership is simple for the same reason. With a single page there is no funnel to study; the view notification (Basic) that says it was opened, and the time spent on it, tell you it was read. Reader identities (Pro) add the who, and read receipts (Basic) let the recipient confirm on the record.

## Where a one-pager link goes to work

- The investor intro email. A link reads better than an attachment in a cold email and opens on a phone without a download. You learn when it was opened, and the full deck can follow on its own link once they ask.
- The email signature. A short link under your name that opens the company one-pager, kept current behind the same URL (Pro) so you never have to update every signature in the team.
- The QR code on a business card. Print the code once. On Pro the PDF behind it can change as often as the pricing does; the printed code keeps working.
- The event follow-up. Send the one-pager to the contacts you met, up to ten at a time with email invites (Basic), and see which of them opened it before you book the calls.

## Update the one-pager, keep the link

A one-pager goes stale faster than anything else you send: a new price, a new logo, a new headline number after the funding round. On Pro, replacing the file behind the link means every copy of the link already out there - in signatures, in old emails, on printed cards - opens the current version. The QR code points at the link, not the file, so it never needs regenerating.

The readership history carries across every replacement, so the one-pager link accumulates a record of who opened it over the year rather than starting from zero with each revision. Links never expire unless you set them to, which is the right default for a document that lives in an email signature.

## One-pager sharing questions.

### Is it free to share a one-pager as a link?

Yes. Upload the PDF and share the link without an account; a free account keeps up to three PDFs of 20MB each on never-expiring links with views, readers and time spent. Opened alerts and read receipts arrive with Basic; keeping the same link through file changes is a Pro feature.

### What formats can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx up to 25MB) and PowerPoint (up to 50MB). A one-pager built as a single PowerPoint slide converts to a one-page PDF on upload, on every plan.

### Is the tracking private for the reader?

Yes. Readers get a pseudonymous ID rather than being logged by address, EveryPage never stores an IP, and nobody needs an account or app to open the link. A name is attached only if you invite them by email or they enter one.

### Can I update the one-pager after sending it?

On Pro, yes: replace the PDF behind the link and every link and QR code already shared opens the new version, with the readership history intact. On free and Basic, upload the new file and share its link.

### Can I print the QR code on a business card and change the PDF later?

Yes. The QR code encodes the link, not the file, so on Pro you can replace the one-pager behind it as often as you like and the printed code keeps serving the current version. Print it once and never reprint for a content change.

## Share the one-pager in seconds.

Upload it, copy the link or the QR code, and know when it is opened.
