# Turn a PDF Brochure into a Link or QR Code

Share as a link: brochure

# Share your brochure as a flipbook link

Upload the print PDF and get a page-turning flipbook link and a QR code for the printed piece. Readers open it on any phone, you see which pages they read, and the QR code keeps working when the brochure changes.

## Page-turn flipbook

The brochure opens as a flipbook with real page turns, or in magazine mode for two-page spreads, on every plan.

## QR code for print

Every link comes with a QR code PNG - put it on the printed brochure, the stand banner or the shop window, and a phone camera opens the digital version.

## Reprint-proof QR (Pro)

The code points at the link, not the file: replace the PDF behind it and every code already printed opens the new brochure.

## See the pages that sell

Per-page analytics (from Basic) show which spread readers linger on and where they close the brochure, so the next edition leads with what works.

## A brochure that reads like print, on any phone

A brochure is designed as spreads, and a PDF attachment throws that away: the reader gets a vertical scroll of single pages, zoomed to nothing on a phone. An EveryPage link opens the same PDF as a flipbook with page turns, or in magazine mode so facing pages sit together the way the designer laid them out. Swipe mode is there for a single-column brochure read one-handed.

Nothing is installed and nothing is downloaded: the reader scans or taps, and the brochure opens in the browser. Readership is measured first-party in the viewer, with no reader IP stored, so a brochure link at a trade show collects reading data without collecting personal data.

## Built for brochures that live in print and online

- A dynamic QR code (Pro). The printed code stays the same across every edition, because it points at the link and the link serves whatever PDF is behind it.
- Flipbook, magazine or swipe. Pick the viewer mode on the next step: flipbook for the page-turn, magazine for spreads, swipe for phones. All four modes are on every plan.
- A branded viewer. Logo, background and page effects on the flipbook from Basic; accent colour, toolbar theme and your own domain on Pro - so the digital brochure looks like yours from the URL down.
- A link that never expires. Signed-in links have no expiry unless you set one, so the code on a brochure printed this year still opens next year.

## Change the brochure, not the QR code

Printed brochures go stale in a specific way: the QR code on them is fine, but the PDF it pointed to has a last-year price, a discontinued product or an old address. With a static code the only fix is a reprint. With a dynamic link (Pro) the fix is uploading the new PDF - the code on every brochure already in circulation opens the current version on the next scan.

That makes one print run last across editions. Print the code once on the brochure, the stand graphics and the business cards; update the PDF behind it as often as the brochure changes. The readership report carries on across versions, so you can compare how each edition was read.

## Brochure sharing questions.

### Is it free to share a brochure as a link?

Yes. The free plan covers up to 3 PDFs of 20MB each with all four viewer modes and a QR code for every link. Image-heavy brochures often come out of InDesign well over 20MB - export with compressed images, or move to Basic ($9/month) for 200MB files. Replacing the file behind a printed code is Pro ($29/month).

### What file types can I upload?

PDF, plus Word (.docx up to 25MB) and PowerPoint (up to 50MB), which are converted on upload. From InDesign, Affinity or Canva, export to PDF and upload that - the flipbook uses your pages exactly as exported.

### Is tracking OK for people who scan a printed QR code?

The viewer measures pages and time first-party and never stores an IP address, so a scan produces reading data, not personal data. Readers stay anonymous unless you choose to add an email gate on Pro.

### Can I update the brochure after the QR code is printed?

Yes, on Pro. Replace the PDF behind the link and every code already printed opens the new brochure on the next scan - the URL and the code itself never change. On Free and Basic, a new PDF means a new link and a new code.

### Does the flipbook work on mobile?

Yes. The flipbook runs in the phone browser from the camera scan, with no app. For narrow single-column brochures swipe mode reads best on a phone; magazine mode suits spreads on tablets and desktops.

## Put the brochure on a link.

Upload the print PDF, print the QR code once, and let the brochure change as often as the business does.
