# Plans and limits

EveryPage pricing is flat per account. There are no seats, and there is no multi-user or team model: an account is a single login that owns its own files. This page is the hard-limits reference; to [compare plans and pricing](https://everypage.co/pricing) side by side, or to change plans, use the pricing page.

## Upload and storage limits

The conversion caps apply to the source document and are the same on every plan. The max file size above applies separately to the stored artifact — the converted PDF — so on Free a 25 MB Word file still has to convert down to 20 MB or less.

## Link expiry

Expiry is uncapped on every plan: set any window, or none. A newly uploaded file starts with no expiry until you set one yourself.

Only anonymous uploads carry a fixed lifetime (see below), and an anonymous document edited through a manage token is capped at 7 days with no never-expire until it is claimed.

## Trash and recovery

Deleted files enter trash (recoverable) only on Basic and Pro plans. Free-tier deletions are immediate and irreversible.

## Readership and analytics

Every plan tracks views and downloads. The readership features you can access depend on your subscription tier.

**Free:** Per-file summary only — view count, total sessions, unique readers, unique countries, average time, and download count.

**Basic:** Everything in Free, plus trends over time, the read-through completion funnel, referrer/browser/device/country/source/viewer-mode breakdowns, peak-time heatmap, median time, and per-page view statistics.

**Pro:** Everything in Basic, plus reader identities (pseudonymous reader IDs), recent-session detail, new-versus-returning readers, live-presence reader count, and CSV export of all sessions including captured email, device details, and lead-capture form submissions.

## Webhooks

Webhooks are available on all plans (free, basic, pro). A single account can create up to 25 webhooks. The one exception: deliveries for `gate.completed` events (when a viewer submits a lead-capture form) require the file owner to be on the Pro plan at the time of the event.

## Anonymous uploads

Unauthenticated (anonymous) browser uploads are retained for 7 days from upload and use the Free tier's size cap. An uploader can hold up to 20 live unclaimed anonymous files at once; claiming, expiry, deletion, or moving to trash each free a slot. Documents published from Canva are retained for 365 days from publishing, republishing a live design restarts that clock, and they have their own budget of 100 live unclaimed files per Canva account.

Once claimed by signing up or logging in from the uploading session, the file moves into the account and counts toward the plan's active-file cap. Claiming makes the document yours: its expiry is cleared and it stops expiring, unless you chose an expiry yourself through the manage token, in which case that is kept. You can change it afterwards either way, including to never.

Image assets (logo, background, hotspot images) are limited to 5 MB each. Audio assets (hotspot audio) are limited to 10 MB each. The logo and background replace in place, so re-uploading one never adds to the per-file asset count.

## Invitations

Basic-tier users can send up to 10 direct emails per invitation request. Pro users can also send to a saved distribution list. The daily cap counts every invite created since UTC midnight across all of your files; exceeding it returns 429 and the whole send is refused.

## Lead-capture forms

When enabled on a file, a lead-capture form (Pro only) gates viewing behind custom fields. Forms support up to 5 fields total, including exactly one email field. Field constraints:

- Field label: 60 characters max
- Field key (identifier): starts with a lowercase letter, then lowercase alphanumerics and underscores, max 40 characters
- Text/phone/company value: 200 characters max
- Email value: 254 characters max

Email-gate domain allowlists (Pro only) support up to 20 domains, each up to 253 characters.

## Bulk operations

Bulk delete, restore, and move-to-folder operations accept up to 100 files per request. Moving files into a folder in bulk requires Basic or above, because folders themselves start at Basic.

## No per-user/per-seat pricing

All pricing is flat per account. There are no seats to buy and no per-user charges. EveryPage has no team or multi-user accounts: files belong to the single account that uploaded or claimed them, and there is no way to add collaborators to an account.
